this hotel is steps from the train station. i took the water bus from the airport and walked about 10 minutes. the room was spacious with a nice bathroom. the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. the staff was helpful.
there was no kettle or bottled water provided in the room.

constant banging difficult air conditioning
the hotel's location near the train station worked out fine.
I found the room quite noisy, especially with early morning deliveries (it sounded like constant banging). also, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. I couldn't get the room temperature right. this meant i didn't sleep as well as i'd hoped.

convenient location breakfast selection comfortable bed
I found the hotel very conveniently located near transport options. The breakfast selection was excellent, providing many choices each morning. My room had a large, comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. I was able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.
My room was located near the elevators, and i experienced some noise from other guests. It was noticeable late at night. I would request a room farther from the elevators on my next stay.

The hotel offered a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and free weights. Its opening hours were convenient. There was also a business center that featured several computers and a printer for guest use. All facilities were well kept.

The hotel is situated a short walk from the main train station which simplifies arrival and departure. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. It made exploring the city very easy for me.

small room mosquito bites
the staff was helpful and the location near the train station was convenient
the room i booked online looked nothing like the one i got it was much smaller the air conditioning barely worked it was set to some ridiculous temperature i couldn't adjust so i had to sleep with the window open and got eaten alive by mosquitoes
